By booking and using the services of The Rested Family Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services Provided

The Rested Family Co provides sleep consultancy services for babies and children aged newborn to 5 years. Our services include:

  • Initial discovery calls and consultations
  • Sleep assessments and bespoke sleep plans
  • Email and phone support as outlined in your chosen package
  • Follow-up consultations and plan adjustments
  • Educational resources and guidance

All services are provided remotely via video call, email, and phone unless otherwise agreed.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment is required in advance of your first consultation unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

We accept payment via bank transfer or online payment methods as specified during booking. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Package support periods begin from the date of your first consultation. Unused support time within package programmes cannot be carried over or refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy

By Client: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled consultations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the consultation fee or session from your package.

Package Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a package after your first consultation, no refund will be provided for services already delivered. We understand circumstances change—please communicate with us as early as possible.

By The Rested Family Co: In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Important: The Rested Family Co provides sleep consultancy and education services. While our consultant is a registered midwife, this service is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If your child has underlying health conditions, developmental concerns, or you have any medical questions, you must consult with your GP, health visitor, or appropriate healthcare professional before implementing any sleep plan.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your child's health and wellbeing, and you will seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations and in correspondence is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or details about your family to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

We may use anonymised case studies and testimonials for educational or marketing purposes, but only with your explicit permission and with all identifying information removed.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality, evidence-based guidance, results may vary between families. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timeframes for sleep improvements.

The Rested Family Co shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We maintain professional indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

All sleep plans, resources, and materials provided by The Rested Family Co remain our intellectual property. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
